Ingredients
- 2 pound grnd turkey
- 1/3 c. diced bell pepper
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 can tomato paste
- 1/2 c. diced onion
- 1/3 c. diced celery
- 2/3 c. oatmeal
- Dash of salt and pepper
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together. Shape into loaf and put in loaf pan. Pour water over loaf and it will make its own gravy. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 min or possibly till done.
