  1. In large bowl lightly beat 1 egg. Add in grnd turkey. Grate and add in carrot and zucchini. Chop red pepper, green pepper and onion and add in. Add in liquid removed kernel corn, spices - minced garlic, salt, pepper, parsley. Add in crushed crackers, oatmeal, oat bran and spaghetti sauce. Mix together. Place in loaf pan. May seem moist. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour.
