Ingredients

  • 1 (1 1/2 lbs.) grnd meat for 9 inch pie
  • Salt and pepper to season
  • Use your favorite stuffing mix (moist)

Directions

  1. Press meat and seasoning into pan as a crust. Pile stuffing high on top of meat. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour. If necessary, drain grease from pan. Cut servings like a pie and serve with mushroom dressing.
  2. Mushroom Dressing: Thin 1 can of cream of mushroom soup with 1/3 can of lowfat milk.
