Ingredients

  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce.) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 pound grnd round, chuck or possibly turkey
  • 1/4 c. minced onion
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp. minced parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt & pepper
  • 2 c. mashed potatoes
  • 1/4 c. shredded cheese
  • 1/2 c. corn (opt.)

Directions

  1. 1. Mix 1/2 can of soup (undiluted), beef, onion, egg, bread crumbs, parsley, corn, salt and pepper.
  2. 2. Press into 9" pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 min; drain off fat.
  3. 3. Spoon on potatoes.
  4. 4. Top with remaining soup then cheese.
  5. 5. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 min till cheese melts.
