Directions

  1. Brown grnd beef; add in onion and celery. Cook till meat is brown and vegetables are tender. Blend cornstarch with water. Stir into beef mix. Add in bouillon, soy sauce and salt. Cook till sauce is thickened and clear. Add in cabbage. Cook, covered, about 5 min, till cabbage is crispy. Makes 6 servings. Serve on cooked rice.
