Ingredients
- 1 1/4 lb Turkey Breast Tenderloins
- 1/3 c. Chili Sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
- 2 x Bay Leaves
- 8 x Mushrooms
- 8 x Cherry Tomatoes
- 1 x Zucchini medium (1/2" slices
- 1/2 x Green Pepper (2" squares)
- 2 x Onions (cut into 1/4's)
- 2 Tbsp. Veg. oil
Directions
- Cut turkey tenderlions into 1 1/2-inch cubes. Mix next 4 ingredients; pour over turkey cubes. Toss to coat; chill at least 4 hrs or possibly overnight, stirring occasionally. Thread turkey and vegetables alternately on skewers. Brush lightly with oil. Broil or possibly grill 6" from heat or possibly coals for 10 min. Turn and brush occasionally with marinade.
