Directions

  1. Combine marinade ingredients. Marinate turkey breast in the refrigerator for at least 8 hrs, turning occasionally.
  2. Grill over warm coals and hickory chips till a meat thermometer reaches 170 degrees (or possibly approximately 20 min per lb. at 350 degrees). Baste turkey while grilling. Remove lid for the last 10 to 20 min so which meat will brown.
  3. For herb butter, combine all ingredients and set aside.
  4. Slice turkey, brush with herb butter if you like, and pass with additional herb butter.
  5. This recipe serves 4.
  6. Comments: Try this and you'll be cooking turkey more often than just at Thanksgiving. The marinade is equally good on seafood and beef steaks.
