Directions

  1. MIX soy, garlic, oil and lemon juice.
  2. MARINATE the tuna in the soy mix for 15-30 min (don't over marinate).
  3. PUT steaks on warm grill and cook 10 min per inch of thickness for well done. For rare, cut the cooking time in half.
  4. REMOVE from grill.
  5. SERVE atop grilled vegetables.
  6. POUR half of the soy butter on each steak and serve.
