  • 1 lb Italian sausage links, cut in 2 inch pcs
  • 1 x yellow bell pepper, cut in 8 pcs
  • 1/3 c. prepared balsamic or possibly Italian salad dressing
  • 4 x fully ripened fresh tomatoes (about 2 pounds), cut in wedges

Directions

  1. Preheat grill or possibly broiler. Thread sausage slices and pepper pcs onto skewers; brush with dressing and place skewers on a grill or possibly broiler pan. Grill sausage and pepper till sausage is cooked through, about seven min on each side.
  2. Thread tomato wedges lengthwise (through skin) onto skewers; brush with dressing and add in to the grill or possibly broiler pan; grill till tomatoes are warm and skin is lightly browned in spots, about four min on each side. Serve with buttered orzo or possibly rice, if you like.
