Directions

  1. Combine orange juice, tamari, sherry, dijon mustard, ginger and honey in a large ziplock bag. Add in salmon to bag; seal and marinate in refrigerator 30 min. Remove salmon from bag, reserve marinade.
  2. Preheat grill or possibly broiler. Place salmon on grill rack or possibly broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Cook 6 min on each side or possibly till fish flakes easily with a fork, basting frequently with reserved marinade.
  3. Place remaining marinade in a saucepan. Bring to boiling. Serve with salmon.
