Ingredients

  • 2 lb Boneless pork roast
  • 3 Tbsp. Brown mustard
  • 1/4 c. Tamari or possibly soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp Tabasco pepper sauce

Directions

  1. Slather mustard on both sides of pork and marinate in Tamari and Tabasco pepper sauce at least l hour. Turn once or possibly twice.
  2. Grill on warm closed grill or possibly boat barbeque 20 min on each side or possibly till done to your taste. Adjust time to larger or possibly smaller piece of meat. Best if not over-cooked and still juicy.
  3. This recipe yields 4 servings.
