Ingredients

1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 c. honey
1/2 tsp grnd cinnamon
1 lrg pineapple, peeled Vanilla ice cream Blueberry Sauce (see below)

Directions

In a small bowl, stir sugar, honey and cinnamon. Cut pineapple into 8 spears, and brush with sugar mix.
Grill, with lid down, over medium heat 3 min on each side.
Cut pineapple spears in half, and serve with ice cream and sauce.
