  • 1 Tbsp. Reduced-calorie mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 4 slc Rye bread, (1-oz)
  • 2 slc Swiss-flavored nonfat, (3/4-oz) process cheese product
  • 4 ounce Lean lower-salt smoked ham, thinly sliced
  • 1 c. Thinly sliced green cabbage
  •     Vegetable cooking spray

Directions

  1. Combine mayonnaise and mustard in a bowl; stir well. Spread mayonnaise mix over each of 2 bread slices; top each with 1 cheese slice, 1 oz ham, 1/2 c. cabbage, and 1 oz ham. Top with remaining bread slices.
  2. Coat a nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place over medium heat till warm. Add in sandwiches; cook 3 min on each side or possibly till golden brown.
  3. Yield: 2servings.
