Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. Reduced-calorie mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 4 slc Rye bread, (1-oz)
- 2 slc Swiss-flavored nonfat, (3/4-oz) process cheese product
- 4 ounce Lean lower-salt smoked ham, thinly sliced
- 1 c. Thinly sliced green cabbage
- Â Â Vegetable cooking spray
Directions
- Combine mayonnaise and mustard in a bowl; stir well. Spread mayonnaise mix over each of 2 bread slices; top each with 1 cheese slice, 1 oz ham, 1/2 c. cabbage, and 1 oz ham. Top with remaining bread slices.
- Coat a nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place over medium heat till warm. Add in sandwiches; cook 3 min on each side or possibly till golden brown.
- Yield: 2servings.
