Ingredients
- 1/2 c. Vegetable oil
- 3/4 c. Soy sauce
- 2 tsp Garlic pwdr
- 1 tsp Black pepper, coursely
- Â Â Grnd
- 1 Tbsp. Ginger, grnd
- 1 tsp Lemon peel
- 6 x Thick pork chops,
- Â Â Well trimmed
Directions
- Combine oil, soy sauce, garlic pwdr, pepper, ginger and lemon peel for marinade. Pierce chops on both sides with a fork. Marinade chops approximately 30 min before cooking on grill. Grill chops 8 min on one side; turn and grill 8 min on the remaining side.
