  • 6 1/4 lb HAM SECTIONED CURED
  • 8 1/2 doz Large eggs SHELL
  • 100 x BREAD ENG MFFN 12OZ #95

Directions

  1. TEMPERATURE: 325 F. GRIDDLE
  2. 1. SLICE HAM INTO 1 Ounce SLICES. GRILL Till LIGHTLY BROWNED.
  3. 2. BREAK ONE EGG AT A TIME INTO SMALL BOWL; POUR ONTO GRIDDLE; BREAK YOLK; PLACE 1 SLICE Warm HAM ON TOP OF EGG.
  4. 3. SERVE Warm ON SPLIT BUNS.
  5. NOTE:
  6. 1. IN STEP 1, 6 LB 4 Ounce HAM, BONELESS, COOKED, Frzn, MAY BE USED.
  7. THAW HAM.
  8. NOTE:
  9. 2. IN STEP 4, BUNS MAY BE TOASTED.
