Grilled Flank Steak with Pineapple-Lemon Salsa

Ingredients

  • One 3 1/2- 4 pound Flank Steak
  • Several Dashes Worcestershire Sauce
  • One tablespoon cumin
  • one teaspoon garlic salt
  • one teaspoon black pepper
  • Salsa: one 5.5 ounce can pineapples crushed and natural juices
  • One lemon (juice only)
  • one shallot diced super finely
  • one tablespoon finely chopped parsley

Directions

  1. On a clean work surface coat flank steak on both sides with seasonings and Worcestershire sauce, immediately place on grill (outside or inside grill/griddle pan) grill to your liking
  2. Salsa: Add crushed pineapples, diced shallot, lemon juice, parsley in a small bowl and stir well, refrigerate until ready to serve
  3. Remove steak from grill and allow to rest to re-distribute juices, cut on the bias (against the grain)
  4. Serve and enjoy!
