Ingredients

  • 4 x Husked ears of corn Butter Extra virgin olive oil Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat the grill.
  2. Lay the ears directly on the grill over very warm coals. Grill, turning to brown them proportionately, for 5 to 7 min. Season them to taste with butter, extra virgin olive oil and salt.
  3. This recipe yields 4 servings.
