- 4 x Husked ears of corn Butter Extra virgin olive oil Salt to taste
Directions
- Preheat the grill.
- Lay the ears directly on the grill over very warm coals. Grill, turning to brown them proportionately, for 5 to 7 min. Season them to taste with butter, extra virgin olive oil and salt.
