  • 4 x boneless pork chops, 1/2" thk
  • 1 bot Bull's-Eye Original Barbecue Sauce (18 ounce)
  • 4 lrg tomato slices
  • 4 x onion slices
  • 4 x Kaiser rolls or possibly onion rolls Leaf lettuce as needed

Directions

  1. Place chops on grill over medium coals. Brush with barbecue sauce. Grill 6 to 8 min on each side or possibly till cooked through (170 degrees), brushing occasionally with barbecue sauce.
  2. Place tomato and onion on grill during last 4 min of grilling time, turning and brushing occasionally with barbecue sauce.
  3. Spread rolls with barbecue sauce. Fill with lettuce, chops, tomato and onion.
  4. This recipe yields 4 sandwiches.
