Ingredients

  • 12 lb BACON,SLICED FZ
  • 5 47/250 lb CHEESE AMER/SLICE
  • 8 1/2 doz Large eggs SHELL
  • 100 x BREAD ENG MFFN 12OZ #95

Directions

  1. TEMPERATURE: 325 F. GRIDDLE
  2. 1. USE BACON; GRILL ACCORDING TO INSTRUCTIONS IN RECIPE NO. L00200 Or possibly
  3. 2. BREAK ONE EGG AT A TIME INTO SMALL BOWL; POUR ONTO GRIDDLE; BREAK YOLK; PLACE 2 SLICES BACON ON TOP OF EGG.
  4. 3. PLACE 1 SLICE CHEESE ON TOP OF BACON. CONTINUE TO COOK Till CHEESE MELTS.
  5. 4. SERVE Warm ON SPLIT BUNS.
  6. NOTE:
  7. 1. IN STEP 3, 5 LB 3 Ounce CHEESE FOOD, AMERICAN, PROCESSED, SLICED BE USED.
  8. NOTE:
  9. 2. IN STEP 4, BUNS MAY BE TOASTED.
