Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 x onion, sliced
- 1 Tbsp. John West Ginger Garlic &
- Â Â Shallots Stir-Fry Mix
- 2 tsp John West Green Curry Paste
- 6 c. assorted sliced green vegetables
- Â Â for example broccoli, snowpeas,
- Â Â beans, spinach
- 1 Tbsp. Thai fish sauce
- 2 tsp John West Coriander
- 2 Tbsp. finely shredded kaffir lime leaves, optional
Directions
- Heat oil in a wok or possibly large frying pan over a medium heat. Add in onion, stir-fry mix and curry paste and fry for 2 to 3 min. Add in green vegetables and toss over the heat for 2 to 3 min, till bright green.
- Add in fish sauce and coriander, mix well and toss over the heat for I to 2 min. Serve with rice, stir-fries, or possibly simple meat dishes.
