Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 x onion, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. John West Ginger Garlic &
  •     Shallots Stir-Fry Mix
  • 2 tsp John West Green Curry Paste
  • 6 c. assorted sliced green vegetables
  •     for example broccoli, snowpeas,
  •     beans, spinach
  • 1 Tbsp. Thai fish sauce
  • 2 tsp John West Coriander
  • 2 Tbsp. finely shredded kaffir lime leaves, optional

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a wok or possibly large frying pan over a medium heat. Add in onion, stir-fry mix and curry paste and fry for 2 to 3 min. Add in green vegetables and toss over the heat for 2 to 3 min, till bright green.
  2. Add in fish sauce and coriander, mix well and toss over the heat for I to 2 min. Serve with rice, stir-fries, or possibly simple meat dishes.
