Ingredients
- 6 med. sized cucumbers, peeled and minced fine
- 4 c. cabbage, minced fine
- 3 onions, minced fine
- 3 bell peppers, minced fine
- 6 green (or possibly sweet) tomatoes, cut up
- 3 green warm peppers, cut up
- 2 c. brown sugar
- 2 c. vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 tbsp. pickling spices
- 2 teaspoon celery seed
- 2 teaspoon dry mustard
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together and allow to stand for two (2) hrs. Cook for 20 min. Pour into 1/2 pint jars and seal.
