Ingredients

  • 1 c. Uncooked Rice
  • 2 can Cream Of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 bn Green Onions -- sliced
  • 3/4 c. Celery -- sliced
  • 1 lb Bag Broccoli -- minced
  • 4 Tbsp. Diet Margarine -- (melted)
  • 8 ounce Shredded Cheese -- (Velveeta Works grea

Directions

  1. Combine rice and melted margarine. Add in onions, cheese, celery, broccoli
  2. (frzn) and soup. Stir to mix. Place in 2 quart casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or possibly till rice is cooked (Cover while baking).
  3. I do not know what the fat% is
