Directions

  1. Cut bacon into cubes and pan fry till golden. Add in onion rings and cook till transparent.
  2. Meanwhile, rinse, cut out and throw away pepper stems. Slice and add in to the onions. Continue to cook till peppers are nearly done. Then add in the sliced tomatoes and cook for about 5 min more.
