  • Oil - For deep frying + 1 spoon
  • For Filling:
  • Fresh green peas - 1 Cup (100 gram after removing from the pods)
  • Green chillies - 1
  • Roasted cumin powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Asafoetida / Hing - 2 pinches
  • Ginger paste - 1/4 tsp
  • Sugar - 2 pinches
  • butter-oil">Ghee / Clarified butter - 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Baby potatoes - 150 grams
