Ingredients
- 1 (3 ounce.) pkg. lime Jello
- 1/2 c. warm water
- 1 c. cottage cheese
- 1 c. crushed pineapple, liquid removed
- 2 stalks celery, minced
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. canned lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. minced walnuts
Directions
- Dissolve Jello in warm water. Add in mayonnaise, stirring till dissolved. Add in remaining ingredients. Pour into 8 inch square dish or possibly mold. Chill at least 4 hrs.
