Ingredients
- 1/2 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 tbsp. minced green onion
- 2 tbsp. snipped parsley
- 1 tbsp. tarragon vinegar
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Freshly grnd pepper
- 1 or possibly 2 drops green food coloring (optional)
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl; mix well. Refrigeratetill using.
