Ingredients
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. finely minced parsley
- 2 tbsp. minced chives
- 3 anchovy fillets, chopped
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. tarragon vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- Dash of black pepper
- 6 tbsp. powdered cream substitute
- 6 tbsp. boiling water
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in bowl. Beat with whip till well blended. Refrigerateto serve. Makes 1 1/2 c. dressing. Use for shrimp and other seafood salads.
