Ingredients

- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 3 tbsp. white wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/3 c. finely minced parsley
- 4 anchovy fillets
- 1 tbsp. capers
- 1 or possibly 2 cloves garlic, cut up
- 2 sliced green onions
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper

- Blend all ingredients thoroughly in blender. Pour into a container; cover and refrigerate3 to 4 hrs. Makes about 2 c..
