- 1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tbsp. chopped fresh chives
- 2 tbsp. minced green onions
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. tarragon vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon chopped garlic
