Ingredients
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1 tsp Coriander seeds
- 6 x Fresh green chilies, minced
- 1 tsp Minced lemon grass
- 1 tsp Minced coriander root
- 1 tsp Minced shallots
- 1 tsp Minced garlic
- 1 tsp Minced galangal
- 7 x Peppercorns
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Shrimp paste
Directions
- Place the cumin and coriander seeds in a pan, without adding any oil.
- Dry-fry them, stirring, for 1 to 2 min till they are aromatic and slightly browned. Lb. them with the remaining ingredients to produce a fine paste.
