- 1Â 1/2 lb Boneless pork shoulder, diced
- 4 ounce All purpose flour
- 16 ounce Green chiles, minced, 1-inch square
- 6 ounce White onions, minced, 1-inch square
- 14 ounce Crushed tomatoes
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Garlic pwdr
- 8 ounce Water
- 2 Tbsp. Lard
- 1/2 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Chile pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Grnd oregano
Directions
- Brown meat with flour in a large skillet. Add in all remaining ingredients and cook covered for approximately 20 to 30 min. Optional ingredient: Add in cooked pinto beans.
