  1. Place green beans in a steamer and steam till crisp-tender. Heat butter in a skillet and saute/fry onion and garlic. Stir in flour and paprika and cook for a couple of min. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil. Allow mix to boil a few min till sauce starts to thicken. Add in green beans and simmer for 2 min. Remove from heat and stir in lowfat sour cream and salt and pepper. Serve at once.
  2. Chefs Notes: Use fat free chicken broth and low fat lowfat sour cream.
