  • 12 ounce Green beans topped and tailed
  • 1 sm Red sweet pepper seeded, and cut into strips
  • 3 ounce Bean sprouts Freshly-cracked black pepper

Directions

  1. Heat the oil in a frying pan, skillet, or possibly wok and stir-fry the beans and the sewwt peppers for 8 to 10 min, or possibly till they become tender crisp. Stir in the bean sprouts and season to taste with the pepper.
  2. This recipe yields 4 servings.
