Ingredients

  • 1 med. onion, minced (about 1/2 c.)
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 c. dry White wine or possibly chicken broth
  • 2 pkg. (9 ounce. ea.) frzn French-style green beans, thawed and liquid removed
  • 1 can (10 3/4 ounce.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can (4 ounce.) mushroom stems and pcs, liquid removed
  • 1 can (2.8 ounce.) French fried onions
  • 1 pkg. (12 ounce.) crunchy fish fillets

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease rectangular baking dish, 11 x 7 x 1 1/2-inch, or possibly 3 qt casserole. Cook onion in butter in 3 qt saucepan over medium heat, stirring frequently, till tender. Stir in wine, beans, soup and mushrooms; heat through. Pour into baking dish. Top with French fried onions and fillets. Bake uncovered 25 to 30 min or possibly till mix is bubbly and fillets are warm.
