Ingredients
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 (16 ounce.) can cut green beans
- 1 c. onions, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 3 c. rice, cooked
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce.) cream of celery soup
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions
- Saute/fry beef and onions till brown, add in seasonings, rice and 1/2 c. cheese. Turn into a shallow 2-qt casserole. Top with green beans. Blend soup, mayonnaise, lowfat milk and lemon juice. Pour over beans. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
