Greek Salad Dressing Recipe

This is a dressing that I copied from Danielle M at Allrecipes.com.
A lot of the reviewers stated that they thought this vinaigrette was too tart, or too oily, but when it is mixed with the feta cheese, kalamata olives, and the rest of the salad ingredients, is when it really shines!
I made a few minor changes, (like switching fresh minced garlic for the garlic powder), but pretty much just made it as written.

      Hi:
Nice flavor combinations. This would opt well with a salad of greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, onions, olives, feta, etc. as in a Greek standard. I think you need to change your ingredients from what reads 12 tsp onion powder to what I supect should read 1/2 tsp. Thanks for sharing! I will try this as Greek food is one of my favorites.

      Best Wishes,

      Bob
