Directions

  1. Cut pork into thin strips. Combine extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, prepared mustard, chopped garlic, and oregano. Pour over pork. Chill 1-8 hrs.
  2. Stir together yogurt, minced cucumber, crushed garlic, and dill. Cover and chill.
  3. Remove pork from marinade. Stir-fry in non-stick pan over medium heat for 2-3 min.
  4. Open pita breads to create a pocket. Add in a lettuce leaf to each. Fill with pork. Top with cucumber mix. Garnish with minced red onion.
  5. *Note: American pitas are larger. Only two, split in half, are needed.
