Ingredients
- 4 x skinned and boned chicken breast halves
- 1 tsp Greek seasoning
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 x 6 inch pita bread rounds cut in half
- 1 x recipe Garlic-Cucumber Sauce
- Â Â Shredded lettuce
- 2 x tomatoes sliced
Directions
- Rub chicken breast halves proportionately with Greek seasoning. Cook chicken in oilin a skillet over medium-high heat, turning once, 10-15 min or possibly till browned. Drain on paper towels. Slice chicken, and serve in pita pockets with Garlic-Cucumber Sauce, shredded lettuce, and sliced tomato.
