Grapenut Custard Recipe

- Beat Large eggs, add in salt and sugar. Stir well. Add in lowfat milk and vanilla. Blend well.
- Add in grapenuts and stir. Bake in an 8x8 or possibly 6 1/2 x 10 in. glass baking dish.
- Set in a pan of hot water. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes and then reduce heat to 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
