Ingredients

  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 c. Grapenuts

Directions

  1. Beat Large eggs, add in salt and sugar. Stir well. Add in lowfat milk and vanilla. Blend well.
  2. Add in grapenuts and stir. Bake in an 8x8 or possibly 6 1/2 x 10 in. glass baking dish.
  3. Set in a pan of hot water. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes and then reduce heat to 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
