  • 2 x grapefruits peeled and sectioned juice reserved Leaves from 1 head romaine lettuce
  • 1 x red onion halved and thinly sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. white wine vinegar

Directions

  1. Reserve 6 outer leaves of romaine and tear rest into bite sized pcs.
  2. In a large bowl combine grapefruit sections lettuce and onion.
  3. In a small bowl combine 2 Tbsp. reserved grapefruit juice vinegar lowfat sour cream honey and salt.
  4. Whisk to combine and toss with grapefruit mix.
  5. Place a romaine leaf on each salad plate and fill with salad.
