  • 1 can (11.5 ounce.) 100% Juice (I used Welch's "Juice Makers") Water
  • 2 x # Sugar (approx)
  • 2 tsp Acid Blend
  • 1 tsp Pectic Enzyme
  • 1 tsp Nutrient Wine Yeast

Directions

  1. This recipe is for 1 gallon. mix all but the yeast in a 1 gallon jug. Use just sufficient water so you leave a couple inches of air space in jug. check Specific gravity. Add in sugar to bring it to 1.090 or possibly 12% alcohol. Add in yeast and let ferment.ready to drink when finished fermenting and clear.
