Ingredients

  • 2 c. Reduced Fat Bisquick(r)
  • 1 1/2 c. fat free lowfat milk (skim)
  • 1/4 c. fat free cholesterol-free egg product or possibly 2 egg whites
  • 1/2 c. no-added-fat granola banana sliced, if you like additional granola if you like maple syrup if you like

Directions

  1. Spray UNHEATED skillet or possibly griddle with cooking spray; then heat over medium-high heat or possibly electric griddle to 375 degrees. Or possibly heat skillet or possibly griddle to 375 degrees, the grease with vegetable oil or possibly shortening. Stir Bisquick, lowfat milk and egg product in medium bowl till blended. Stir in 1/2 c. granola. Pour by 1/4 cupfuls onto warm griddle. Cook till edges are dry. Turn; cook till golden. Serve with banana, additional granola and syrup.
