Ingredients
- 1 - 1 1/2 pound flank steak
- 1 c. red wine
- 1/2 bottle soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together in measuring c.. Pour over uncooked flank steak. Marinate at least 3 hrs (best marinated overnight). Broil flank 10 min one side and 7 on other side. Heat marinade and pour over the slices of cooked flank.
