  • 1 1/2 c. Butter
  • 1 1/2 c. Sugar. 1. Cream tog.
  • 2 c. Flour
  • 2 tsp baking pow. 2. Sift tog. Andhold til step # 6.
  • 1 +/- c. Milk. 3. Stir into mix # 1
  • 4 eggs. 4. Add to mix # 1
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp salt. 5. Add into mix # 1
  • Add flour to batter. 6.
  • 3/4 pint fig preserves. 7. stir in fruit & nuts (5 items)
  • 1 c. Red candied cherries
  • 1 c. Green candied cherries
  • 4 slices candied pineapple
  • 1 box white raisens
  • 1 Quart pecans
  • Mixture will be much fruit & nuts lightly coated with batter.
  • Pour into loaf pans and bake.
  • Excellent! Best I ever ate
