  1. Cut meat in small pcs. Heat butter in a deep skillet or possibly pot and brown meat slowly, about 10 min for all of it. Add in onion and brown 5 min longer. Add in remaining ingredients and simmer gently for 40 min. Serve over cooked noodles.
