Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter
- 5 Large eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. lemon juice
Directions
- Cream butter and sugar. Add in Large eggs one at a time. Beat well after each addition. Add in lemon juice and mix well. Pour in 9-inch pastry shell; bake at 375 degrees for 30 min.
