Ingredients

  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 pound butter
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 quart. fruit, canned or possibly fresh

Directions

  1. Heat butter in baking dish. Pat butter in dish and add in fruit on top of batter. Bake at 375 degrees till golden on top. During baking it will "turn over" and the fruit will be on the bottom.
