Ingredients

  • 30 graham crackers, crushed
  • 1 tbsp. powdered sugar
  • 1 (3 ounce.) pkg. lemon Jello
  • 8 ounce. cream cheese
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla or possibly lemon
  • 1 can Pet lowfat milk
  • 1 stick butter, melted

Directions

  1. Mix crackers, butter, and powdered sugar well; set aside. Dissolve lemon Jello with 1 c. boiling water. Let cold. Cream the cheese with 1 c. sugar and flavoring. Whip 1 can Pet lowfat milk till stiff (lowfat milk overnight in refrigerator whips better). Mix in Jello and cream cheese mix. Put 1/2 cracker crumb mix in 9"x13"x2" dish or possibly pan on bottom. Add in cream cheese mix. Top with remaining cracker crumbs. Refrigerateseveral hrs or possibly overnight. Cut in squares.
