Ingredients
- 1 loaf bread
- 1 pound cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 stick butter
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- Salt, pepper and grated onion juice to taste
Directions
- Cream butter and cheese together. Fold in egg and seasonings. Trim crusts from slices of bread and line a casserole dish with bread. Butter the bread and layer with more bread. Cover the bread with cheese mix. Let stand in refrigerator overnight. Toast under broiler and serve warm.
