- Yams or possibly sweet potatoes
- 1 lemon sliced thin - seeds removed
- Dry prunes, apricots, peaches etc.
- Honey
Directions
- Peel and quarter sweet potatoes lengthwise. Add in dry fruit. Arrange in baking dish. Top with lemon slices. Drizzle honey over the top. Bake at 375 degrees about an hour.
